Being in lockdown or staying at home more than usual can also damage your hair! You may brush it a little less often, you may wash it less often, put it in a bun, sleep with wet hair… All kinds of hair sins!
To improve your hair health at home, and take care of your hair properly, we advise:
- Brush your hair EVERY DAY. Think of it as brushing your teeth. To keep your hair in top condition, brushing is necessary.
- Use SOFT scrunchies, if you have to. Try to not pull on your hair, if you don’t have to, but when you use accessories like a scrunchie, invest in softer, silkier ones that won’t pull and tag and cause hair damage.
- Do a hair mask each week. Ladies, every one of us has at least 15 minutes per week to devote to their hair. You can leave a mask on while you’re watching a YouTube video, listening to a podcast, vacuuming the house, reading a magazine, relaxing in the tub, helping your kids with their homework!
