How many speed setting does the XTREME have?

The XTREME has three speed settings.

What attachments come with the XTREME?

The XTREME has five attachments in total. In the box you will find the following attachments.

Two Barrels with alternative air flow (up & down)
What are the temperature settings on the XTREME?

The XTREME has three template settings as well as a cool shot. The settings are 60 degrees, 90 degrees and 120 degrees.

Can the XTREME be used in the USA?

No unfortunately not. Due to the motor power in the XTREME it can not be used in the United States of America.

Is it normal to feel cool air coming out of the cable near the handle?

Yes, it’s perfectly normal for air to come out of the Xtreme cable. This airflow is part of a process called heat dissipation, where the tool releases built-up heat to prevent overheating. By allowing air to flow out, the device stays at a safe operating temperature, ensuring both optimal performance and longevity of the tool.

What is the code E09 showing on my LCD screen?

Error code E09 indicates that your filter is dirty. To resolve this, perform an auto clean on the Xtreme hair dryer by holding down the cool shot button for 5-10 seconds until a 10-second cleaning countdown begins. Once the cleaning is finished, remove the filter cover and clear any fluff or hair particles from the filter.

Warranty

All H2D Hair Care Professional Styling Tools come with a twelve month replacement warranty! They don’t repair any of thier styling tools. They automatically replace them if there is a genuine manufacturer fault.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items to H2D. If deemed faulty under the H2D warranty, you'll be refunded. For products in working condition, you're responsible for shipping costs.
