How To Clean H2D Hair Dryers

How to Use the Auto-Cleaning Function on Your H2D XTREME Hair Dryer
Turn off the hair dryer at the power button, but make sure the socket is still switched on at thewall.
1. Press and hold the cool shot button for 5-10 seconds

2. A 10-second cleaning countdown will begin—let the magic happen!

3. Once cleaning is done, remove the filter cover, brush off any dust or fluff, and place the coverback on.

4. Pro Tip: Clean your dryer 1-2 times per week for regular use. If you’re using it daily in a salon, werecommend cleaning it at least once a day to keep it performing at its best!

What are the temperature settings on the XTREME?

The XTREME has three template settings as well as a cool shot. The settings are 60 degrees, 90 degrees and 120 degrees.

Can the XTREME be used in the USA?

No unfortunately not. Due to the motor power in the XTREME it can not be used in the United States of America.

Is it normal to feel cool air coming out of the cable near the handle?

Yes, it’s perfectly normal for air to come out of the Xtreme cable. This airflow is part of a process called heat dissipation, where the tool releases built-up heat to prevent overheating. By allowing air to flow out, the device stays at a safe operating temperature, ensuring both optimal performance and longevity of the tool.

What is the code E09 showing on my LCD screen?

Error code E09 indicates that your filter is dirty. To resolve this, perform an auto clean on the Xtreme hair dryer by holding down the cool shot button for 5-10 seconds until a 10-second cleaning countdown begins. Once the cleaning is finished, remove the filter cover and clear any fluff or hair particles from the filter.

No responsibility will be taken if item is lost after posting that have a confirmed delivery from either Australia Post or the Courier companies that we use. As we are not the transport company, we cannot be held responsible once a product has been delivered to your nominated location.

In the event that your have left out details or entered incorrectly  on your delivery or have not collected your order and it is returned to us there is a return delivery charge from our transport company which is between $10-$15 this will be deducted and the initial cost of for us to send to you will be deducted from any refund that may be given.

Our website is integrated with Australia Post and Sendle so it picks up your address as listed on your order/account - it will also appear in your account for future reference.

We use a mixture of Couriers and Australia Post, dependent on your location - this is automated based on costs to keep our Sale Prices as low as possible.
We except returns of products that are unopneed and unused up to 30 days from date of Purchase,
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returns.
We do not accept returns for used or opened items due to hygienic reasons
In the case of a refund being issued/agreed, we will only refund the cost of the goods less our postage & handling costs which will may vary between (typically between $10 and $15.50) depending on the item being returned.

All Serial Numbers of ghd's and other electricals that we sell and are recorded when we send out our to match up against what is returned in the case of a return or refunds being issued. ( this is too stop fraudulent returns) If your serial Numbers don't match up no refund or exchange will be allowed. In the case of ghd's if there holograms have been tampered with or are missing - refunds/exchanges will also be refused/denied.
