I am following up on my previous email regarding my order, as I have not yet received a response.
As explained in my earlier email, I understood from your product description and advertising images that I was purchasing two lots of L’Oréal Tecni.art Bouncy and two lots of Tender Flex Curl Bounce, totalling four products. However, I received only two lots of Tender Flex Curl Bounce.
Your advertising displayed both products, and the wording led me to believe that both products were included in the purchase. I therefore feel the listing was misleading and that there has been a misunderstanding regarding what was being supplied.
I still require the L’Oréal Tecni.art Bouncy (yellow product) and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter fairly.
Could you please respond as soon as possible to advise how this can be rectified? I would prefer to resolve this directly with you without having to take the matter any further.
